此酒店設施只屬2星級。裝修陳舊及破爛之外，最大的問題是毛巾發黃，有氣味。床墊和枕頭也很舊，發黃和有汙漬。我以為是不潔，後來發現是用了太久，所以洗了也沒用。問酒店員工多取毛巾去泳池用，他們說每人一條浴巾，多取要付費。 就算此酒店地點多好，但衛生不好，也沒用。

Great choice for families! Spacious suites with separate living and sleeping areas. The location is unbeatable — right next to the Pavilion and other malls. The kids loved the pool. Friendly staff and good value for a central KL stay.

Room clean Location excellent Services? - need to improve. I ask for toilteries, they just put on table inside big plastic Going to elevator. Very hot. Need to transfer lift One of the lift car still not repair. Very scary inside

Normal room. The great thing is the location. It is close to everything. Or a short walk. If you need a place for sleeping and a great location, then this is the place.

It was my first visit to Malaysia as a regular customer to 訂房網站 i always book my flights, hotels etc via their app however this time this hotel’s advertising was very misleading on the app, as a tourist who was going to Malaysia for the first time you often look for a place that is safe to keep your belongings. Firstly, i was given a room in building H near the garbage room, there was garbage outside the room in the corridor, secondly the phone & safe was both broken, linen & towels were dirty, the mattress with springs were poky and i got itchy from the fleas/ bugs in the mattress, when i complained to 訂房網站 the hotel did not respond, before complaining i requested for clean towels to get a hot shower after a long flight & did not get the towels, i did not sleep the entire night, i was very insecure as i saw a door in the room leading to another room, the environment was also very scruffy outside the hotel, i checked out the next day & the hotel refused to refund me. They do not respond to 訂房網站 ‘s emails etc so this hotel should not be on 訂房網站 , they are just on mute to complains . Although, the location is central to everything it is not recommended for tourists to book this hotel.

My recent stay at Fahrenheit Suites Kuala Lumpur was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the suite offered generous space that carried a touch of luxury, making it comfortable for both short and extended stays. However, the overall décor felt dated and in need of a serious revamp to match the property’s prime location and potential.
